Classification of Organisms

        When they are consumed by other organism and then into catorgies based on how living things get their food. Autotroph are organisms that is able to form nutrional organic substance from simple inorginic substance such as carbon dioxide. Example of the alpine story tundra organisms would be mountain lions, mountain goat, and hawks. Producers are any kind of green plant, green plants make their food by taking sunlight and using the energy to make food. There important because without producers there wouldnt be an ecosystem. Three examples of autotrophs would be like hawks, lions, and snakes. Hetertrophs can be futher divided based on how they obtain energy by getting it from carbon fixation. A pretator is an animal that hunts other animals for food. A prey is an animal that gets hunted by other animals in the ecosystem. An example is like hawk eats rabbit. The difference is that herbabiore eats plants ex. rabbits , carniviores eats meat ex. lions, omnivores eat both meat and plants ex. humans and detrivore eats dead organisms ex. voltures. Decompers are plants that break down the dead organisms and obtain nutrient into the rich soil. There important because because they start the a new cycle everytime an organism dies off. Two examples of decompers are like fungi and bacteria that decompose dead animals and put back nutrients to grow and make rich soil in our biome the alpine story.
